Beaming Bar
Open every Saturday from 14 February to 28 March, 10am–5pm. Upper Mall near The Body Shop.
Pause, reset and prioritise self-care during the darker months. Designed to support confidence, balance and emotional wellbeing, the pop-up brings together experts across fashion, mental health and mindfulness.
Wellbeing support will be available from Watford wellness studio YogaNastics.
Qualified psychotherapist and life coach, Martha Bulling from I Matter Health and Wellbeing Support and mental health will be present to share practical tools and guidance to help visitors feel calmer, more grounded and empowered.
Plus, Guideposts Trust will be offering support for those experiencing mental health challenges. Those wanting to visit Beaming Bar can expect a full schedule of events to be shared on Harlequin’s social media.
In addition, top brands around the centre will be part of the Beaming Bar experience including, MINISO, MAC, Boots, Lush, Therapie and The Body Shop to name a few.
