Code of Conduct

Here at Harlequin, we’re committed to making your experience with us as welcoming and enjoyable as possible. Whether you’re here to shop, eat, relax or explore, we want everyone to feel at home.

To help keep things running smoothly, we have a few simple house rules:

  • Intimidating behaviour of any kind towards visitors, staff or retailers is unacceptable.
  • Animals are not permitted unless they’re assistance dogs.
  • Leafleting, canvassing and third-party surveys or interviews must be arranged in advance.
  • Busking in the mall, car parks or associated areas is only allowed with permission from Centre Management.
  • Please don’t climb or sit on balustrades, barriers, fences or railings.
  • Ball games, cycling, rollerblading, scooters, skateboards and Heelys are not permitted inside the centre.
  • Commercial filming or photography must be agreed with Centre Management in advance. (Snapping selfies with friends and family? Totally fine.)
  • Shirts/tops and footwear must be worn at all times, except in changing rooms.
  • Crash helmets should be removed before entering the centre.
  • Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on site.
  • Alcohol may only be consumed on licensed premises.
  • Any act of vandalism towards the centre or our retailers’ property will be taken seriously and reported to the police.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behaviour we believe is inappropriate.
