Our centre has four car parks with 2,773 spaces, including disabled and parent & child bays.
Passenger lifts and escalators provide direct access to the centre.
Electric vehicle charging is available on Level 1 of Queens car park.
Watford High Street Station (Overground): 3-minute walk, with frequent services to and from London Euston.
Watford Junction: 10–15-minute walk, with fast services to London, St Albans, Milton Keynes, Northampton and Birmingham.
Watford Station (Metropolitan Line): 20–25-minute walk, with services to and from Central London and surrounding areas.
Frequent services from across Hertfordshire and North West London stop right outside the centre – on Beechen Grove, Water Lane and the High Street.

Car park Payment machines are located on Levels 1 and 2 of every car park, near all main entrances and exits. They accept card, contactless, and mobile payments.
Charging up? We’ve teamed up with BP Pulse to offer a reliable, up-to-date EV charging network. You’ll find four standard chargers on Level 1 of Queens Car Park – they’re painted green, so they’re easy to spot.
You’ll need to be a BP Pulse member to use the chargers – sign up at bppulse.co.uk.

Premium Car Parks look after Harlequin’s corporate parking scheme, providing heavily discounted rates for local employees requiring regular parking.
They use automatic number plate recognition, meaning no need for a ticket. Enter and leave as many times as you like per day too, for one single charge.

You’ll find breastfeeding and baby changing facilities in both of our main toilet areas: on the upper mall opposite Zara (Men) and on the lower mall next to Boots. Bottle warmers are also available for added convenience.
We’ve got spacious family toilets near Boots on the lower mall too, designed to give you, your children and your buggy a bit of breathing room. Clean, comfortable and private – so you can get sorted, stress-free.
All four of our car parks have dedicated parent & child spaces – 40 in total – located on Level 1 for easy, direct access into the centre. Safer, simpler, closer.
Gymboree on Level 1 of Queens Car Park offers sensory, music and art-themed classes for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers – perfect for little learners with big imaginations.

You’ll find accessible toilets at both ends of the centre. They’re wheelchair-friendly and unlocked with a RADAR key – because comfort and convenience should never be out of reach.
We’re proud to provide a Changing Places facility – a safe, spacious, fully equipped space designed for people with complex disabilities and their carers. It’s just one of the ways we’re making Harlequin work for everyone.
We’ve got 59 priority spaces across our four car parks, all within easy reach of the main entrances. Just pop your Blue Badge on display – standard parking charges apply. Our Security team keeps an eye on things and will step in if someone’s not playing fair.
Need a little help getting around? No problem. Shopmobility Watford is based on the ground floor of the Church car park, just off the ring road. The full address is: Ground Floor, CitiPark Church Car Park, Exchange Road, Watford, WD18 0BU (Quick tip: take an immediate left after the barrier once you’ve entered Church Car Park.)
They’ve got manual wheelchairs, powered scooters and powerchairs in all shapes and sizes – including child-friendly and bariatric models for extra comfort. The team’s always happy to help you find your perfect fit.

We’ve got a small number of manual wheelchairs available to hire – completely free of charge – from the Centre Management Office on Level 1 of Queens car park. Just bring a valid driving licence or car keys as a refundable deposit.
Assistance dogs – including guide, hearing and emotional support dogs – are welcome across our centre, anytime.
Let someone else do the dirty work. The Car Wash Company delivers high-quality interior and exterior valeting, without wasting water, thanks to their clever ‘Little Drop of Brilliance’ system.
Choose from a standard Gold package to a full Deluxe Showroom Valet with Ceramic Wax, or something in between to suit your plans and your paintwork.
You’ll find them in Kings, Queens and Palace Car Parks. Kings and Queens even have waiting lounges for that extra bit of comfort.
