At the heart of Club HQ is our custom-built compact padel court, which transforms throughout the week to host fitness classes, kids’ activities, basketball, wellness sessions and more.
Open 7 days a week during centre opening hours, Club HQ offers a packed programme of activities for all ages and abilities. Plus, every participant gets access to our Spin to Win game, with the chance to win retailer rewards, prizes and exclusive Club HQ merchandise.

Get a taste of what’s to come before JD Gyms arrives in Harlequin Watford in 2026.

Monday 31 August | Flip Out Roller Disco
Lace up your skates and hit the floor for an afternoon of roller-skating fun as Flip Out brings a roller disco takeover to Club HQ.
And that’s not all…
Strike a pose at our fully branded Club HQ Photobooth! Capture fun memories with friends and family, then take home a printed photo and instant digital copy to remember your visit all summer long.

A £3 booking fee applies to selected sessions, with all proceeds (excluding platform fees) donated to Watford FC Community Sports & Education Trust.
